Its summer! That means beach vacations and strappy outfits.

We all want those Michelle Obama arms every day of the year so what better time to put in the work than summer. Say bye to those batwings with these easy everyday routines.

1 Diamond Push Up

The diamond pushup is an alternative push up position that is Jay-Z approved. With your thumbs and index fingers touching to create a diamond shape, this push up position will give your triceps the extra nudge it needs.

2 The Boxer

This position is a nod to boxers and their jabs. Keep your feet hip-width apart and knees slightly bent. Then make sure your elbows are in before extending one arm forward and the other backward. Bring them back in before switching out your arms, like you’re fighting off two opponents in the ring!

3 Arm Circles

This one is pretty easy and will remind you of your perbarisan (marching) days in school. Stand up straight with your arms extended to your sides. Make slow clockwise circles for about twenty seconds before reversing the movement and doing counterclockwise circles. Trust us, you will feel the burn but all for a good cause!

4 Renegade Rows

Here’s where things get a little tough. Upgrade your basic plank to a high plank with your arms extended. Make sure to keep your arms  in line with your shoulder and your feet separated. Then taking each arm off the ground alternately, allowing it to graze your rib cage. For extra resistance, add dumbbells to your routine.
