Fruits not only do wonders to your skin and general health but can also impact your weight and fight fat. Certain fruits have the ability to curb cravings, reduce appetite, and burn calories.

Here’s a list of fruits that can help you lose weight, one way or another!

Instead of a bar of chocolate, grab an apple as a snack, or add apple slices to your plain yogurt as breakfast.
